A Procurement manager is someone who does the Project buying of goods and services for the effective running of an organization or supply chain. Procurement is considered as the mouth of the body of any organization. Different business functions or departments rely on how well the procurement department is able to buy reliable goods or services from vendors on behalf of other departments who are usually referred to as Requesters
